If you are not here 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you WILL be considered a no show and your ticket will be saved for a later date.
No Refunds, if you have to cancel for any reason, your tickets will be held for up to a year.
PARTIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE TICKETS OR ROOM ACCESS IS GIVEN
The 30 Minute setup time is included in your reservation time (ie. If you book the 5:30pm slot, you can setup at 5:30pm and your party begins at 6pm)
