Ticket sales for Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday end at 6pm. Tickets sales for Sunday end at 3pm. (online and In person)
If you are not here 30 minutes after your scheduled time, you WILL be considered a no show and your ticket will be saved for a later date.
No Refunds, if you have to cancel for any reason, your tickets will be held for up to a year.
For birthday booking, setup time is included in the booking! (EX. if you book a 5:30-9pm party, your setup starts at 5:30 and the party begins at 6pm)
